School Project Seminar - Plated Grassrunner Sheet

For this year's seminar I choose to do Creature Design. We had to choose a setting and then design a creature for it, then we had to make a creature sheet and a finished piece with the creature in his natural habitat.
So here's the sheet for my Plated Grassrunner (I suck at names)

Plated Grassrunners are carnivores that hunt on large planes with high grass from which they ambush their prey.
They mostly live solitary until they get a mate, from then on they hunt in pairs to rise their pups.

Both the males and females have backplates. The plates on their back are used for territorial display or to impress a mate, this can be either the female or the male. When this happens the plates rise up and the color brightens.
